1. Data we collect
- Account data. When you register or purchase: your name, salon name, email address, and staff accounts you create (names, roles, login emails).
- Business data. The content you enter while using the platform: services, prices, photos, customers of your salon, bookings, coupons, members and financial records.
- Payment data. Purchases are processed by PayPal. We receive your order details (product, amount, status) from PayPal, but never your full card number.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use data
- To provide the Service: bookings, reminders, campaigns, finance reports and your salon website.
- To manage your account, plan term and add-on balances (email/SMS credits, staff accounts).
- To send service messages: booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, welcome emails and account notices.
- To improve the Service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your salon's customer data for our own marketing.
3. Processors we rely on
- PayPal — payment processing and checkout (PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment data it holds).
- Email/SMS delivery providers — used to deliver the notifications and campaigns you send through AnjHub.
- Hosting — our application and database servers, kept access-controlled and backed up.
4. Your salon's customers
If you use AnjHub to manage your own customers, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. You control that data: you can view, export or delete it from within the platform at any time, and we only process it on your instructions to provide the Service.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies/session storage to keep you logged in and remember interface preferences. We do not run advertising trackers on this website or in the platform.
On salon booking pages, your unsubmitted service selections may be stored locally in your browser for up to 24 hours so you can pick up where you left off. This draft contains no personal identifiers, is never shared, and is cleared automatically when you complete a booking or when the 24 hours expire.
6. Retention
- Trial accounts: data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends, then may be deleted.
- Paid accounts: data is kept while your plan is active and for 90 days after a term ends without renewal, then may be deleted.
- Billing records held by PayPal are retained per tax and accounting law.
7. Security
We protect data with transport encryption (HTTPS), password hashing, role-based access control inside your account, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from the platform or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Our servers and processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. By using the Service you understand your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
10. Children
AnjHub is a business tool for salon operators and is not directed at children under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect.
