1. Who we are
AnjHub is operated by Changsha Jingzhi Youxuan Trading Co., Ltd. ("AnjHub", "we", "us"), with its registered address at Room 603-29, Building 17-1, Xinggong Science Park, No. 100 Luyun Road, Lugu Subdistrict, Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, Hunan, P.R. China. 2. The Service
AnjHub is a salon management system that includes online booking, a self-editable website, coupons and referrals, member management, email and SMS campaigns, scheduling, staff management and a finance center, for up to 20 staff accounts with 5 role levels.
- Trial. A 14-day free trial with the full feature set is available. No credit card is required and no automatic billing follows the trial.
- Plans. Paid plans are one-time purchases covering a fixed term of 3 months, 1 year or 3 years. Every plan includes the same features; only the term differs.
- Add-ons. Email and SMS top-ups and extra staff accounts are one-time purchases and apply to your account for the remaining term.
- Services. Optional one-time services (custom website build, premium brand package, remote training) are delivered by our team as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the actions of the staff accounts you create. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments
All payments are handled by PayPal. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. We never see or store your full card details, and we never take a commission on bookings your salon collects from its own customers.
5. Term, renewal and data retention
- Paid plans do not auto-renew. When a term ends, you may purchase another term at the then-current price.
- After a trial ends, your data is kept for 30 days so you can continue by paying at any time; after that period unused trial data may be deleted.
- After a paid term ends without renewal, your data is kept for 90 days, during which you can export it or renew. Following that period, we may permanently delete account data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to send spam through the campaign tools, to resell access without written agreement, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. Salon content (service names, photos, prices) must be owned or licensed by you.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you enter (customers, bookings, finances). We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time from the platform.
8. Service availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak booking hours where possible. Email support is included with all plans.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; per Section 5, purchases are not refundable after the refund window described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Changsha, Hunan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you a different forum.
